Bea is a successful architect who lives in Barcelona (Catalonia, north east to Spain) with her boy friend and boss, Víctor, a CEO of a major company. Throughout a night celebration of an important contract signed to earn a skyscraper designed by Bea, at the pub appears anchorwoman and the renowned television reporter Victor fantasy that is erotic, Rebecca Ramos. Maybe not quantifying the results of her activities Bea creates a gathering between Rebecca along with Víctor. Víctor suggests to wed Bea when into the very following day she wakes up and she accepts, but Bea learns about a videotape where Rebecca and Víctor make the love it's in every television stations, once she arrives into the project. Infront of CEOs during the meeting, Bea slaps Víctor and destroys her design, being fired by the project. Searching for a break, she travels her natal coastal town, Santa Clara, just to realize her remainder isn't really easy as it seems: her bizarre, free-spirited and eternal smiling mommy...
