Returner

After an alien invasion threatens to annihilate the people, a young Japanese girl, called Milly (Anne Suzuki), journeys in time from 2084 to October 2002, and enlists the reluctant assistance of proficient Tokyo gunman, termed Miyamoto (Takeshi Kaneshiro), to discover and prevent the beginning of the war. But, trouble ensues when both protagonists are forced to deal with a Japanese mafia manager, termed Mizoguchi (Goro Kishitani), who is somehow involved in the beginning of the war by keeping the first alien spaceship and its alien pilot captive, while both heroes race against the clock to locate a means to block the oncoming destruction against the vengeance-seeking mysterious invasion fleet coming to Earth.
