Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie

Bison, the international organization Shadowlaw's leader, has been desperately looking for the fighter on our earth for many decades. It is found by him Ryu, a young wanderer who never stays in 1 place long enough to locate him. He can obtain a fix on Ken Pros, a British martial arts champion who studied for a child by Ryu under the master. Major Guile of the United States of America Army is forced to team up with Chun Li from China in hopes of placing a stop and apprehending Bison his ring of crime.
