The Story of Adele H.

While living off the shore of England in exile adèle Hugo, daughter of French writer Victor Hugo, falls in love with British soldier Albert Pinson. Though he spurns her affections, she takes on the alias of Adèle Lewly and follows him. Albert proceeds to deny her, but she remains obsessive in her quest to win over him.
