The Watcher

FBI agent Joel Campbell, burnt-out and shellshocked later years spent pursuing serial killers, flees L.A. to begin a brand new life for himself in Chicago. But five months after, Joel's best laid plans are cut short after his brand new hometown becomes the setting for a few especially gruesome murders-- even murders which could have been perpetrated by one person: David Allen Griffin. Certainly one of Joel's most elusive and adorable nemeses, Griffin has followed closely his pursuer to Chicago as a way to play a game of cat and mouse. Taunting Joel with photographs of his victims and departing his offense scenes thoroughly free of clues so as to keep the police at bay, Griffin functions as much fun from watching as watching his sufferers Joel react to each movement perish. But when Joel's inner ring is moved into by Griffin, Joel must find some way someone near to him becomes the one to perish to stop him.
