Samurai Pizza Cats

The location is a Japanese-style village called "Little Tokyo," where the Pizza Cats run a pizza fast food restaurant. All kinds of animals live in Little Tokyo. The Emperor is the official governor of the town, but since he has gone nuts, a council oversees the village's well-being. Seymour "Big" Cheese, one of the council members, secretly seeks to take control of the hamlet. The pizza delivery service is just a front for their real job... When evil is at work, the Pizza Cats are launched towards the danger by the gun-like clock tower that emerges from the top of their restaurant.
