The wonderful Race Asia can be a reality game show in line with the American series The Amazing Race. October 2005, CBS gave states the chance to franchise The wonderful Race. The cable TV network AXN Asia was to find the rights to produce a variant for its own continents. The show is created by Australian tv manufacturing company ActiveTV, for AXN, in conjunction with Buena Vista International Television-Asia Pacific. The host to the show is Singapore based celebrity Allan Wu. The greatest trophy is US$100,000, whilst the American show gives a way US$1,000,000. The general manager of SPE Networks-Asia that runs AXN,'' Ricky Ow explained the prize that is smaller, saying,"It is not really about the amount of money but also the experience and possibility to maintain just one of the world's greatest reality shows".
