A Scene at the Sea
When deaf crap man Shigeru (Kurôdo Maki) discovers a broken surfboard on a few of his runs, it piques his fascination, although he still does not have any experience by surfing. He repairs the plank , together with loyal girlfriend Takako (Hiroko Oshima), who is deafhe sets out to learn to ride the waves. Through the locals and accidents mock him he moves. However, with the assistance of a shopowner who once was a surfing legend, Shigeru may finally have a chance to become one with the area and the sea.
