10 years has passed since the confrontation between Kira and L. Again, Shinigami sends passing notes into the bottom and due to this, the entire world falls into chaos. Tsukuru (Masahiro Higashide) is just a part of the Death Note special taskforce team with 6 additional researchers including Matsuda who undergone the Kira instance of 10 years ago. Volume murders brought on by the passing note occurs on Wall Street in the U.S., Shibuya in Japan and other places. Renowned private investigator Ryuzaki (Sosuke Ikematsu), who is the successor of L, and also investigates the bulk murders. They discover that the world is existed from by 6 departure notes. A trojan called Kira spreads on earth. A message from the Kira virus claims to'' reverse in 6 departure notes. Conquer the universe. The confrontation starts involving the man who wants Kira's resurrection.
