Isoken
Everyone in the Osayande family worries Concerning Isoken. Although she has what seems like excellent life - beautiful, surrounded by friends and great family and successful - Isoken is unmarried at 34 which, in a culture is cause for concern. Things come to a head at her youngest sister's wedding when she is thrust by her mother into an orchestrated matchmaking with the Edo man, Osaze. Osaze is handsome, successful and out of a good family, which makes him the perfect Nigerian husband's material. But in an unexpected twist of events, Isoken meets he just could be exactly what she wants in a partner and Kevin who she discovers herself falling deeply in love with. The one problem is, not only is he no Edo person, but he is Oyinbo (Caucasian). Isoken is actually just a romantic dramedy that explores cultural expectations stereotypes and the bonds that unite families in a touching, dramatic and comedic way.
