After the events of Justice League: War, Black Manta and Ocean Master have declared That the war against the Face in retaliation of the aftermath of Apokoliptian-tyrant Darkseid invasion. Queen Atlanna seeks out her son, Ocean Master's halfbrother Arthur Curry, a half-human with forces with no comprehension of his Atlantean heritage, to reestablish balance.
