Pete's Dragon
For decades, old wood-carver Mr. Meacham has reveled local kids with his stories of the fierce drag on that resides deep into the forests of the Pacific Northwest. For his daughter, Grace, that works as a forest ranger, those stories are barely more than tall stories... until she meets Pete, a mysterious 10-year-old without a family without a home that claims to live in the forests with a giant, green dragon named Elliott. And out of Pete's descriptions, Elliott seems remarkably just like the drag on against Mr. Meacham's stories. With the aid of Natalie, an 11-year-old girl whose dad Jack owns the local lumber mill, and where Pete came out of, where he belongs, and the truth about this dragon, Grace sets out to figure out.
