Rags follows the story of Charlie Prince, an orphan living with his stepfather and simple minded stepbrothers. Kadee Worth, on the flip side, is a worldwide pop phenomenon and is that the daughter of music mogul Reginald Worth. As she is known by the world as a glamorous superstar, she is frustrated by singing other people's songs and wearing clothes people choose for her. Kadee wants the world see and to listen her gift. Despite once Kadee and Charlie find one , every obstacle that gets thrown in their own manner, they each finally get what they have been searching for -- a voice, a platform, an audience and one another.
