The Island of Cats
Daikichi, a 70-year-old guy who lives on a small island, is an interesting character. He's been living with his cat Tama since his wife died. Daikichi grew up on the little island and enjoys spending time with his childhood friends Iwao and Tama. Tsuyoshi, Daikichi's son, resides in Tokyo. Tsuyoshi is concerned about his father's isolation on the island, while Daikichi is happy with his situation. Daikichi is concerned about his physical health after a close buddy passes away. His day-to-day routine starts to shift. "Neko to Jiichan" is a manga series.
