The film is set in the Midwest against the backdrop of an alleged Satanic cult-sponsored killing spree. Three best friends take a road trip to a heavy metal concert, where they bond with three aspiring musicians and attend an afterparty at one of the girls' rural residences. A night of young revelry and drunkenness takes a sinister turn when bodies begin to pile up and each side believes the other conceals the murderer.
