Le Grand Pardon

The Bettoun family are the Jewish Blackfoot kingpins of French organized crime. They consist of Raymond (the patriarch), Maurice (the son), Jacky (the nephew), Roland (the nephew), Albert (Raymond's cousin), Pépé (Raymond's comrade), and Samy (the bodyguard). They engage in a variety of criminal enterprises, including as casino ownership, underground boxing match promotion, illicit gambling, prostitution, racketeering, and the violent settling of scores with rival Arab and French families. Pascal Villars, though, has sworn the Bettoun is lost and remains unseen. He'll be able to pit the Arab clan against the Jewish clan, much to the delight of police commissioner Duché, who's spent the past decade fruitlessly trying to bring down the Bettouns.
