Is the calendar year 2023. Leonardo Ponce, a dictator that required charge of this city has surrounded quito. A group of revolutionaries are on the brink of giving a coup d'état. Only hours prior to the strike, Santiago starts asking why are they doing this and steps. In Ponce's palace, he's trying to decode what is going on at the city walls. There's movement that is unusual and one of those revolutionaries is captured. Ponce attempts to find as much information as they could from him.
