The Adventure of Denchu-Kozo

Boys mock and bully Hikari because of his unusual physical feature: an electricity pole sprouting from his back. However, he is saved by a fellow student, Momo, who is a member of his class. Hikari expresses his gratitude to her by giving her access to his most prized possession: a time machine. He then uses the time machine to travel 25 years into the future, where he finds himself in a dark and dismal future. Momo's future self, Dr. Sariba, is being hunted by members of the Shinsengumi Vampire Gang in the present day. She tells Hikari that she has been waiting a long time for him to return from the past, and that he must save the planet by himself.
